… end of the University as we know it (and I feel fine?)

Two blog posts about the (impending) changing nature of the University.  One that made me anxious, (The file Drawer) one that made me hopeful. (Ben Goldacre)  Waterglasses and all that. With free Harvard lectures and Stanford lectures, where do the rest of us fit in? Will we go the way of record companies, and newspapers?

Universities are, in part, conservative, but they have already changed, of course.  I don’t think many peopel got a degree when my dad got his masters in the 50’s, which isn’t that terribly long ago.
